Prior to filming, we’ll send you a link to our cloud-based studio so you can record at a time completely convenient for your schedule. We’ll consult with you on the lighting, audio, and video settings that will result in the best possible session.
We’ll offer tips and best practices for how to present naturally – like how to read from a script without making it look like you are! If necessary (and helpful!) we’ll ask you all the right questions to elicit the desired responses for your video.
In our recording sessions, multiple speakers can be recorded at once. Multiple observers can also be present on the session without fear of feedback or other negative effects on audio.
First, we record your audio and video from your computer, tablet or smartphone. The video will upload from your computer to our home cloud system.
Once we have your video file, we provide you with transcripts – usually the same day. We select the best soundbites (or your team will!) for storyboarding.
We download all the cuts, add custom graphics, logo treatment, music and your call to action.
Unlike other cloud-based recording systems available on Zoom, Teams or Skype, our system records a file directly onto your computer, which then uploads into our proprietary cloud system. This means we bypass a lot of the common issues with solely cloud-based recording files, like audio dropouts, skips, blips, and scratches.
